During your bachelors and masters, You will never know where you start and
where you will finish however, you will be driven by your career first, then by
your family considerations and then by the city you want to retire.
• Hardwork, work over everything else is valued everywhere
• Workplace relationships last longer than you can imagine, you grow with your friends
and your colleagues
• Genuineness, honesty, empathy and ambition will take you places, lacking in any one
of those things will make you loose breathe
• Leadership matters, from arranging dinner for your colleagues, to organizing a
marathon to organizing a goodbye party…all of these matters
• Try to create your niche in any organization, such that people remember you for that
particular niche

• Know what you want to do and then get internship in that field
• If you don’t know what you want to do, follow your best friend or ur senior.

How do get internship?
• LinkedIn ( make sure your LinkedIn profile is UpToDate)
• Meeting people in different event and directly ask for internship
• Make sure your CV, cover letter, business card are ready
• Internship is not so much a university thing but City thing, Pune rocks for
internships
