Why use this app for project management? If you are working as a team, communication is very vital. It is very challenging for anyone who work on a project to stay on the same page. Basecamp has a specific discussion area where you can go to ask questions or give your opinion on a particular project.

9. Now you have your account. Let’s
explore basecamp.

10. Make a new Basecamp

11. Create a name for your project.

12. Next, it will ask you if you need to
keep a client updated.

13. For now, I choose

15. Now, I have my Basecamp.

16. Campfire is where the real-time chat
is happening.

17. Click Campfire window.

18. Scroll up in a chat window to view
what you missed.

19. Enter your text

20. You can also drag and drop saved
images or paste image URLs into a
chat line.

21. Note: Once you add something to a
Campfire, it is not editable.

22. No content can be deleted - so share
wisely!

23. You don't need codes to use emoji in
Basecamp 3, though!

24. On a Mac, use control + command +
space bar to pull up emoji.

25. In Windows, look for the keyboard
icon in the Windows

26. taskbar in the lower right corner.

27. To grab someone's attention in
Campfire, you can "@ mention"

28. them by typing the @ symbol
followed by their first name.

29. They'll receive a notification for the
@ mention.

30. Click Follow to stay current in specific
campfires

31. You'll see a counter next to the
Campfires menu

32. for new posts to the Campfires
you're following.

33. Click on that notification icon to see
which Campfire rooms have new

34. posts, and then on a Campfire name
to go directly to that chat.

tweets, and vacation photos.

Basecamp ping or Campfire room.

38. Want to embed something in a
message or comment?

39. Paste the URL into the 'Link' icon in
the toolbar.

40. And when you post it, presto! Your
link is live.

41. You can embed content from Flickr,
Hulu, Instagram,

42. SoundCloud, Twitter, Vimeo, Vine
and YouTube.

43. The Message Board is where you can
post an idea where others can see it.

else, they'll receive a notification.

reminder notification at 9:00 AM the

9:00 AM on the day it’s due.

117. Turn off the schedule in the Settings
menu.

118. Automatic check-ins is use to find out
what everyone is up to.

they had for lunch.

a picture of

123. Every other Monday, we ask people
to share a good recipe.

are reading,

126. Click the Automatic Check-ins card.
