Schedule your priorities using Google Calendar. A free app from Google helps you to be more productive despite of hectic schedule.

2. With Google Calendar, you can quickly
schedule meetings and events.

3. Get reminders about upcoming activities,
so you always know what’s next.

4. Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s
easy to share your schedule with others.

5. You can also create multiple calendars
that you and your team can use together.

6. Go to
https://calendar.google.com/calendar

7. When scheduling events, click CREATE.

8. Title your event.

9. Choose the time for your event.

10. To set up a recurring event, such as
weekly meetings, check Repeat.

11. Enter the details for how you want to
schedule your recurring events.

12. Click Done.

13. Fill out the event details needed.

14. You can add guest. Just type their email
address.

15. You can add attachment.

16. Select a file.

17. Click Select.

18. You can select colour for your event.

19. You can also add notifications.

20. You can change your visibility.

21. Once you’re done, click Save.

22. Now, you have your event.

23. To reply to an invitation, click the event.
