learned about
some of

5. Shareist’s menu
features we need
to create projects.

6. For this tutorial,
we will continue
to learn more

7. so we can be
proficient in using
Shareist later on.

8. Let’s start with…

9. Share Content

10. Shareist
allows you to
conveniently
share content

11. to various social
media platforms
from one place.

12. You can share
right away after
capturing content

13. or choose from
saved content in
your inbox.

14. To share captured
content right away,

15. click Share in the
project home page

16. or click the
Share tab ( ) above

17. to open the Share page.

18. Copy and paste links,
texts, URLs

19. in the space
provided and it will

20. automatically turn
into an element .

21. Click Next to open

22. the Advanced Share page

23. Here you can see
what you’re sharing,

24. where and who you want
to share it with,

25. control how
your post will look

26. and schedule when to
post it.

27. Let’s scroll back up to
see what you’re sharing.

28. If you want
to edit your post,

29. (doc, image, etc…),
click Edit element.

30. Our post looks ok as it is

31. so there’s
no need to edit.

32. Now choose
where to share & connect

33. by clicking Connect.
The account where you

34. want to share
your post will appear.

35. Next…Customize
your post by adding

36. a title or text related to
your post.

37. Now it’s time to choose a
posting schedule.

38. You can post/share away
by clicking Now.

39. The posting schedule
will be in green.

40. You can also opt to
share Later.

41. Click on it to see

42. the month’s calendar.

43. Click on the day you
want to share / post.

44. It will show above or
below the calendar

45. inside a blue-lined
texxt box.

46. To change the time,
click, hold and slide

47. the white button along
the Hour/Minute sliders

48. until the time you
prefer appears above.

49. Click Done to see the
post/share dates

50. here.

51. The schedule will also
appear here.

52. Now let’s check
your options for

53. “recycling” posts by
clicking Don’t recycle.

54. From the dropdown list,
you can opt

55. Not to recycle your post

56. or choose the
Default schedule.

57. If you plan on
resharing your post,

58. click 1 Week and
choose if you want

59. to reshare every Day,
Week, Month or Year.

60. Once that’s done,
click on this date

61. to see a mini calendar.

62. Change the date
when your post will

63. stop resharing or
recycling.

64. Then click on this
small button

65. and choose from the
time options given.

66. Done!! You’re now
ready to Post,

67. Save Draft

68. or Save for review.

69. For this content, we
want to Post it.

70. You’ll get this notification.

71. Click Close to go back

72. to the previous page.

73. See?!!
Sharing content
right away has never
been easier.

74. How about sharing
content from your
Project Inbox?

75. Well,
let’s check it
out!!!

76. Head straight to your
project’s Content inbox

77. and mark the content/s
you want to share

78. with an X in the small
box beside each one.

79. Then you can click
“With checked…”

80. if you want to quick share.

81. Click on it to see the
quick share box.

82. You may add notes in
the space provided.

83. If not, just click
Share now to see

dropdown list.

85. Let’s try Share now

86. and click the black
Share button below.

87. Done! Now go to your
global dashboard

88. and click on
Main Calendar to see

89. all your scheduled posts.

90. Or go to your project
homepage to see it.

It wasn’t hard at all,
was it?

92. You can also do
advanced share
from your inbox.

93. Let’s go back to
your project inbox.

94. Click on the content
you want to share

95. and a bigger
version appears at the

96. right side of the screen.

97. Click the
Actions button above

98. to see the
dropdown menu.

99. To schedule the posts,
click Advanced Share.

100. You’ll see the
Advanced Share page.

101. Just follow the steps in
advance sharing that

102. we already did in the
earlier slides.

103. Then wait to see
your posts come out

104. in your connected accounts
(like in Facebook)

105. when the scheduled
date arrives.

you an overall view of

project calendar from

Click Main Calendar to

what you want to see

any of the choices.
