Markets opened lower in the wake of weak global cues and selling was witnessed till the end of the day to close
near days low. On the daily charts we are witnessing that prices are trading in a channel and have test the lower
trendline of the channel. The momentum oscillators viz the RSI and stochastic have given a double crossover,
which suggests that if prices breaks the lower trendline of the channel, then we could see further weakness. The
value of the trendline is at 17679 / 5290. On the downside, indices then are likely to test 5260 – 5228 levels.
However, a bounce from current levels up to 17820 – 17864 / 5332 – 5345 levels cannot be ruled out.
