Broad base selling in almost all the sector was seen during the day which led the indices to close deep in red. On
the daily chart we are witnessing that the prices have tested the lower trend line of the upward slopping channel.
We reiterate our weekly view that any close below 16000 / 4800 would mean a breakdown of a channel and
indices could test lower levels of 15800 -15650 /4725 – 4675. However, considering the fact that markets are
oversold and have lost 200 nifty points in just 2 trading sessions, a bounce from current level up to 16200 –
16300 / 4850 – 4900 cannot be ruled out.
