Markets opened down with a gap in the wake of weak global cues but recovered some of the losses during the
day to close in the negative territory. On the daily chart we are seeing that prices have breached the 200day
SMA(16719 / 4981) but have managed to close above it forming a candlestick pattern that resembles a Hammer.
The intermediate trend remains down but if the high of the Hammer (16962 / 5095 ) is crossed then a bounce up
to 17162 - 17250 / 5120 -5150 levels in the coming trading sessions cannot be ruled out. We maintain our view
that selling pressure will intensify on any daily closing below 16684 / 4984 levels.
