• Travel & Expense Accounting process owner for multiple markets, including Germany, Austria, Denmark and Netherlands
• SME and direct contact for employee queries via email and chat (in German and English)
• Initiate communications with employees regarding issues with expense reports, cash advances, and AMEX balances
• Conduct daily payment run and verification of expense reimbursements via SAP
• Produce monthly dunning report for Balance Sheet Reconciliation of assigned markets, including investigation of longstanding items
• Administer payment for monthly Business Travel Account and AMEX statements per market
