 Form-A medication tracking system - monitors formulary medications being issued to a patient.
From Physicians order up to dispensing.
 “E-Comm” – Electronic Communications System for Pharmacy and Nurses. This system
provides an online request and process of medications from the Nursing units for those missing
doses.
 Chemo Protocol Program, a customized Pharmacy programs adapted by the Hospital for
Oncology Department and Pharmacy Services.
 Patient Medication Administration System, system developed for Clinical Pharmacists or
Physicians that monitors schedule of patients’ drug administration.
 Clinical Intervention system, Clinical pharmacists can enter all their workloads daily. Reports
being generated for evaluation and monitoring purposes.
 Employee checklist, system that monitors staff requirements for renewal of certificates, training
for re-contracting and/or end of contract.
Developed using Dreamweaver CS5:
 Drug Consumption website, a static ASP website for inquiry of drugs’ average monthly

company operating in the Philippines and Taiwan. Its core company is the largest pawnshop company
in the world (Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop). At present, the Company owns and operates several
Jewelry Retail Stores, International Franchise Retail Shops, Drugstores, Rural Bank, Insurance
Companies, Hotels and Resorts and several Restaurants across the Philippines.
Objective My main objective is to provide the Management Information Support through effective
supervision, coordination, implementation and user training on the software required for its operation
in any of its businesses.
Responsibilities: Administrative, Technical and Software Support
A. Management Information System
 Develop In-House systems as per requirements discussed by the users using Microsoft Visual Basic
Development Tools and Clipper programming tools. Some of these soft wares are also developed using
Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access as its database. Designed reports using Seagate Crystal Report 7.0
and 8.5. Extensive work experience in using Stored Procedures, Modules, Classes, and Functions in
Visual Basic.
 Programs/Applications developed:
i. POS (Point-of-Sale) system
ii. Warehouse Inventory System
iii. Finance and Accounting System
iv. IMS (Insurance Management System)
v. HR System inclusive of Managers Payroll /Confidential Payroll
 Also provides technical support for affiliate companies for any computer hardware and
software troubleshooting and installations. PC troubleshooting like malfunction of PC’s caused by
video cards and/or memory card installed that is not working properly, possible cause also by virus
attacks on the operating system and its applications or software like spy wares. Setting up and fixing
annoyance running on any windows platform like installing useful virus protection and removal
software. Also proficient on any Microsoft office software.
 Performs network client configuration and troubleshooting like file and printer sharing and
setting up computers on a network under a TCP/IP connection. Also have extensive knowledge in
setting up Microsoft Outlook email configuration.
i. Setup, installed a financial, POS and Reservation system and server at Le Soleil de
Boracay Hotel, a resort owned by the Lhuillier Group of Companies. The system was
outsourced under IFCA which developed using power builder and uses Microsoft SQL 2000
SERVER as its database. The connection runs under a DSL connection and uses a TCP

connection. The server is currently maintained by me and monitored remotely using VNC
software.
 Conducts trainings and seminars on users for the systems developed. Provides documentation
and formulate friendly user training manuals for trainings and record purposes.
 Represents the department / company in meetings with department heads and program
users, suppliers and even government representatives for program demonstration and its licensure.
 Recently involved on software evaluation as a Project Coordinator for an outsourced Payroll
application wherein my tasks were to develop an evaluation matrix of the functionalities of the system
both software and hardware. Also a Project timeline for the project in which I am directly reporting to
the CIO.
 Maintain an SQL data backup of both finger scanner daily time record and IFCA Financial
system servers.
B. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
 Coordinates, communicates with all affiliate companies for and in behalf of our company.
 Represents the department in an inter-department meetings and reports to management
accordingly.
 Prepares and maintains documentation of work progress, transmittal of units to branch and affiliate

Objective My main objective is to provide the Management Information Support through effective supervision, coordination, implementation and user training on the software required for its operation in any of its businesses. Responsibilities: Administrative, Technical and Software Support A. Management Information System  Develop In-House systems as per requirements discussed by the users using Microsoft Visual Basic Development Tools and Clipper programming tools. Some of these soft wares are also developed using Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access as its database. Designed reports using Seagate Crystal Report 7.0 and 8.5. Extensive work experience in using Stored Procedures, Modules, Classes, and Functions in Visual Basic.  Programs/Applications developed: i. POS (Point-of-Sale) system ii. Warehouse Inventory System iii. Finance and Accounting System iv. IMS (Insurance Management System) v. HR System inclusive of Managers Payroll /Confidential Payroll  Also provides technical support for affiliate companies for any computer hardware and software troubleshooting and installations. PC troubleshooting like malfunction of PC’s caused by video cards and/or memory card installed that is not working properly, possible cause also by virus attacks on the operating system and its applications or software like spy wares. Setting up and fixing annoyance running on any windows platform like installing useful virus protection and removal software. Also proficient on any Microsoft office software.  Performs network client configuration and troubleshooting like file and printer sharing and setting up computers on a network under a TCP/IP connection. Also have extensive knowledge in setting up Microsoft Outlook email configuration. i. Setup, installed a financial, POS and Reservation system and server at Le Soleil de Boracay Hotel, a resort owned by the Lhuillier Group of Companies. The system was outsourced under IFCA which developed using power builder and uses Microsoft SQL 2000 SERVER as its database. The connection runs under a DSL connection and uses a TCP

The server is currently maintained by me and monitored remotely using VNC software.  Conducts trainings and seminars on users for the systems developed. Provides documentation and formulate friendly user training manuals for trainings and record purposes.  Represents the department / company in meetings with department heads and program users, suppliers and even government representatives for program demonstration and its licensure.  Recently involved on software evaluation as a Project Coordinator for an outsourced Payroll application wherein my tasks were to develop an evaluation matrix of the functionalities of the system both software and hardware. Also a Project timeline for the project in which I am directly reporting to the CIO.  Maintain an SQL data backup of both finger scanner daily time record and IFCA Financial system servers. B. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS  Coordinates, communicates with all affiliate companies for and in behalf of our company.  Represents the department in an inter-department meetings and reports to management accordingly.  Prepares and maintains documentation of work progress, transmittal of units to branch and affiliate companies. Maintains a filing system of work related materials.
