Job Description :-
Ensure development of set of documentation to ensure smooth transition between as
is and to be processes
- User Guides; User Manuals; Workarounds; Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ); Business
Rule; Standard Operations Procedures; Training Materials; Country,Data entry Quality
Standards.
- Conduct tutorials
- Run regular knowledge transfer sessions on key topics
- To update the project team on communications, documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with SMEs in developing global TO-BE processes, including high-level
interfaces with upstream and downstream systems gap analysis by comparing with current
model or AS-IS process business continuity plans (BCP), standard operating procedures
(SOP), etc
- Assist in communicating and validating these global processes, impact analysis with the
regions within agreed TAT and quality standards.
- Disseminate understanding of the TO-BE processes to the testing and transition team to
enable development of use cases and MOC deliverable. Articulate material to the
receiving user community; Sales, Operations, Support etc… and manage the recording of
the material up to each specific delivery environment (e.g. Support Point) - Act as "bridge"
between operations and deployment team; understand operations focuses and issues,
then provide leadership to Test and MOC team during deployment phase
- Develop strong network with regions, operations, etc to fully understand detailed
processes and background. Proactively approach relevant team to increase knowledg -
Ability to articulate end-to-end business process flow and be on-par with SMEs and
domains team mates
- Continuously review deliverable to ensure relevance usage and understand users - Integrate
operational experience and feedback (from Partner support line) in documentation design

Job Description :-
It is a centralized team responsible for providing learning delivery support subject matter
experts within the Learning Integrated Support Team. This group is charged with the efficient,
cost-effective and timely delivery support of learning programs in all geographies, regions and

billing calendars.

2. Your IBM Special handling Team (On boarding) :-
- To ensure that the new hire data is captured and that they get invited to the first upcoming
On boarding session in their country.
- Ensure the right training to be delivered to the right person at the appropriate time. -
Support various countries across IBM and in May,2010, I was given the role to be the
Focal Point Person to support this process.
3. QC Lead
As part of the business controls requirements, I played the role of a quality control leads
generating weekly reports and conducting trainings session, coaching and feedback for
nonperformers on a monthly basis.

Experience Gained :-
Along my journey in IBM Malaysia, I learnt a lot of things. Firstly, its time management on how
to complete my task within the working hours I have. I also gained and improved my
multitasking skills. I learnt emailing techniques betters as we have to use this tool very much in
order to communicate with our colleague and clients across other countries.
I also learnt how to organize fun activities for the Employees in IBM and also learn more on

In IBM I got involved in a social event to lead a project , creating a Mini Library for KL Krash Pad at Chowkit. It was a drive to
create and ensure we managed to do bit in giving back time to the society . We started the Project in Feb 2012 and ended
the Project in October 2012. My team spent more than 300 Man Hours to organize the mini library and we setup an Excel
Spreadsheet which KL Krash Pad will continue to keep in the inventory of their books.
