9. Parent Communication
• Thursday Folders – These go home every
Thursday with important information, they should
be returned Friday or Monday
• Agenda books – These may have important
information like homework written inside
• Synergy – I can be reached via email, please allow
24hrs for a response

10. When a student is absent…
• Please provide a typed note explaining your child’s
absence inside of their Thursday folder. Make
sure you sign the note.
• I will give the note to the front office for their
records.

11. What happens
when I am
absent?
There will be a substitute and students are
expected to complete their assigned work.
