The objective of the study is to analyze customer satisfaction with Ola cabs and Ola's contribution to the Indian economy. Data was collected through Ola app reviews, websites, representatives, and Ola's official website. By 2014, Ola had expanded to over 18,000 cars across 65 cities in India. It now has over 40,000 cabs registered across 22 major cities. Ola provides different cab options and claims to facilitate over 150,000 bookings per day in India.

Guarantee.
OLA compensates by adding money to Driver’s account

OLA also charges 1x,1.5x,2x of normal fare during Peak
Hours which are usually between 7am to 11am and 4pm
