EXPERIENCE– Presently performing with Rungta Project Ltd. atender based- logistic, mining & transport
industry as General Manager with reportable to CMD and EDs now Looking after the entire
administration of project sites like- Mines &Crusher Operation, liaisoning,
procurement&logistic, vendor management, rail and road transportation at PIPERWAR area
PO- Khalari, Dist- Chatra (Jharkhand) under Central Coal Field Ltd.
ROLE &RESPONSIBILITY- (Since- Feb- 2011)
• Monitoring ofproduction,business devolopmentactivity, Liaison, and entire required operation to
run the unite on smooth way.
• All Commercial activities, like- finalization of routine bills of vendors/transporters and supliers,
daily & monthly abstract of production, payments, control of store, inventory, costing etc.
• Management of people with skills Supervise and Development of operational Team,
Vendor development, Resource Developments & Man Management.
• Update the status of management, daily production, stock yard& despatch plan management, and
manpower strategy to achieve the targets with cost control through internal assessment of team,
man management
Fine tune overall company norms, Strategic and Operational Plan. Ability to retain and
build Managers for the longer run and unleash Innovation.

• Administration and HR Function monitering, Being the point of focus and point of contact
between employees, vendors and management, I do have moral responsibilities to be the most
employee friendly without compromising the Goals, Objectives, Union Negotiations, Long Term
Settlements, PMS, Training and Development, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations,
Recruitment &Floor Management.
(B) General Manager (Raw Material Division) -“MaaChhinnamastica Group of
Company” Since- April 2004 to January-2011
Exposure/Responsibilities-
Entire responsibility assign for Procurement & Logistic, Vendor Management,
Administration, Liaison with Mining Deptt, Top Class Officials of Railway & other
agencies related with ourwork & operationfor procure of Iron Oreand process the
same through the own crusher’s, approximate process capacity of per day-2000MT)
one at Purulia(300 TPD) & another two at Ramgarh (250TPD+300 TPD),
ROLE &Responcibilty-
• Developed system Management in planning for operation of three crusher units and
Monitoring of logistic affairs to feed maximum Iron Ore the plant & port, Introduce the
system of logistic by railway in my supervision.
• Management of day to day inward n outward logistic planning, fleet management &
vendor management.
• Methodology & monitoring of various type of commercial activities related to the project
and operation with the HO coordination.
• For the first time in “MAA CHHINNAMASTIKA GROUP” the reporting formats in
various departments were developed and an overall reporting system (MIS) was
introduced under my leadership.
• Operating all HR & Administrative activities like local problem, unions negoceation,
Liaison with Labour Commissioner, PF commissioner, Mining Departtment, RTO and
other administrative offices related with our operation.
Reward-
Ma Chhinnamastika Group of Company has given promotion during the month of April- 2007
as CGM (Raw Material Division) with additional liabilities of coal procurement and logistic
operation approximately 2000mt per day and entire operation of procurement and Logistic,
Liaison, Administration and HR Functions.
