I am looking to take on a job that would enable me to use my talents and skills as
well as contribute support to fellow peers and management. This job would provide
an excellent opportunity for career advancement and personal growth in this
industry. I am an ambitious Operations Manager with more than ten years of
management experience in the Retail industry. I have applied strong analytical and
critical thinking skills to solve complex operational problems.
As management I have been highly effective at incorporating creative leadership

Cut inventory by more than half and improved on-time delivery of inventory cost to
80% by controlling invoices and price reductions.
Spearheaded an employee engagement program, and training resulting in a 50%
decrease in annual employee turnover.
I boosted customer satisfaction ratings by 60% in fewer than six months in all of my
cost departments.
Identified and acquired high customer volume and new customers for the company
bottom line profit.

I created new departmental procedures manual.

Experience
Reduced and controlled expenses by studying the profit loss reports to build an
action plan to reduce controllable expenses. Monitored project schedules for
numerous holiday seasonal projects at a time. Developed and shared best practices
across the company, including Safety team and operations. Recruited, hired and
trained about numbers of employees for all positions. I also optimized the overall
customer experience through listening to the customers request and turning
impossible to possible adding money to bottom line. Identified inefficiencies and

operating budgets for areas of responsibility and lowering the loss versus the profits.

to better increase profit. I continue to serve as mentor to junior team members to
develop them into management.
