Keeping your workforce abreast of your industry and company changes is crucial to employee performance.
HR Mechanic LLC can help assist you in developing your employees to ensure maximum productivity and
effectiveness. All training is based on the A.D.D.I.E module of adult learning. Course material consists of
instructional content, in-class activities, and evaluation. Fee schedules are based on company size and or
flat fee according to structure of contract. Areas of training and development include:

Workforce Development
        HR Mechanic services are aimed at helping employers solve their workforce problems. If companies can boost
their workforce to its potential by having capably trained, motivated, and dedicated workers, then employers will
ultimately boost their bottom line. When companies are able to realize higher profits, communities, employers, and
families benefit. Our goal is to help companies provide relevant workplace training so workers gain and/or upgrade skill
sets necessary to become and remain employed and employers will have an available pool of trained workers.

Customer Service
        A minimum of four hour workshop teaching participants on providing best in class customer service to both
internal and external clients/customers. Detailed discussions in areas of telephone etiquette, office automation,
overcoming and avoiding negativity, retaining customers and more.

Supervisor/Leadership
         Do you have newly promoted supervisors or supervisors needing coaching and molding to become stronger
supervisor or managers? HR Mechanic will provide training to managers and supervisors to improve their ability to
mange and lead your employees. Topics covered will be “how to avoid grievances, handle and avoid sexual harassment
issues, avoiding favoritism, managing leave and other compliance issues that managers must know to help the company
stay free from labor cases. As an HR professional, you educate managers and supervisors as you work with them as a
supportive partner and coach. Your goal is to make them self-sufficient. You give them the tools they need to be
successful in their business-related and interpersonal functions. HR Mechanic can guide you through these processes.


On-the-Job Training/Coaching
        Structured on –the-job training is a method of training employees that is cost saving and effective. By training
one employee on-the-job who will be able to train other staff members has a two fold benefit. As well as the benefit of
receiving this training in the actual work environment. Based on the training topic, HR Mechanic can work with your
employees to begin this process for you. Executives, managers, and others interested in career growth and
development increasingly turn to a business coach for a personally tailored development process. HR managers need

Performance Management
