Involved in preparation of conceptual design, detailed design, construction documents, specifications, Bills of
quantities, cost estimation, method of measurement, catalog cuts as well as support during construction, review
contractor’s submittal or review design by others for the following projects. The work involved covered:
System selection, heat load assessment and calculation using CARRIER/ELITE Software, Chilled water system

Detailed design and IFC documents for Five Stars hotel (249 keys) consists of 14 floors with built up area

3. Jubail University Collage
Conceptual & Detailed Design of a spine building with a total gross built-up area of 151,700m2; consisting
of 6 floors + basement parking. The building serves different functions such as food court campus, Admin
offices, central library, etc.
