Design Projects
Kazakhestan:
o Talan Towers project- Astana: LEED consultancy, Design
and shop drawings review for all mechanical services, in
addition to being the project energy modeler for LEED
using HAP software for the whole project which consists of
hotel tower operated by RC (Ritz-Carlton), office tower,
and a podium.
3. Azerbijan:
o Trump Tower project- Baku: Designing all mechanical
systems i.e. HVAC (4 pipe system air cooled chillers, and
boilers), water supply, drainage, and fire protection for the
whole project which consists of hotel operated by TRUMP
and apartments, in addition to providing technical support
and following up the progress of the team, and participating
in the design and coordination meetings in Baku.
o Trump Banquet Hall- Baku:
Designing all mechanical systems i.e. HVAC (4 pipe system
air cooled chillers, and boilers), water supply, drainage, and
fire protection for the whole project which consists of
banquet hall, in addition to providing technical support and
following up the progress of the team, and participating in
the design and coordination meetings in Baku.
Libya:
o Burj Al- Bahar (BAB) Project- Tripoli: HVAC team leader
for designing the HVAC system (4 pipe system with water
cooled chillers, and boiler) from the concept stage to IFC
stage, the project consists of Office tower, Apartment tower,
Hotel tower operated by Hayat, Hotel Lobby building,
Commercial building, Banquet hall building, and
infrastructure.
KSA:
o Jabal Omar Development Project (Phase 3): in Makka in
corporation with Drake and Scull International, Redesign
for all mechanical systems, and Shop drawing for the whole
mechanical services. The project consists of four hotel
towers, two of them operated by Helton and the others
operated by Double Tree.
o ITCC (Phase 1): 18 parcels - Riyadh in corporation with
Drake and Scull International, Redesign for all mechanical
systems, and Shop drawing for the whole mechanical
services.
o Albustan project (Hotel, Commercial Center, and
Recreational Center), HVAC systems design.
o CCE hotel project, HVAC systems designed. (VAV system
with static regain duct sizing was conducted by me).
o ITCC project (Phase 1) - Riyadh in corporation with Drake
and Scull International, Redesign for HVAC system, and
Shop drawing for the whole mechanical services for four
towers and six buildings were performed.
The project gains the approval for HVAC calculation of
500000m2
carried by me.
4. o Electrical Substations of Jizan, and Princess Nora, in
corporation with ABB electrical industries Co. Ltd., the
design was per the technical specifications of KSA.
Systems of drainage, and water supply were designed.
Iraq:
o Iraqi International Academy, in corporation with Al- Ateiah
Group.
Systems of drainage, water supply, fire fighting, and HVAC
were designed.
