This commercial project comprising of car parks, complex floors, 45 story offices,
And other related floors to the MAJDOUL TOWER IN RIYADH CITY.
The design of the HVAC system for this tower based on the followings:
1. VRF A/C equipments for the typical floors.
2. Fresh air AHU’S located in the mechanical floors.
3. Supply and return AHU’S serving the ground and the mezzanine floors.
4. Car parks ventilation fans.
5. Smoke system.
