To Whom It May Concern;
I am writing this letter in order to provide my opinion, evaluation and support of Amie Patterson.
It has been my good fortune to have known and worked closely with Amie for the past year. I
have been able to observe her in a variety of settings and circumstances as they relate to her
ability to work both independently and as a leader and teacher.
Amie Patterson displays enthusiasm and ingenuity in all situations, showing a clear
understanding of the task at hand and an ability to translate direction into action. Amie always
approaches the job with a positive attitude and spirit. She is always ready with ideas to improve
processes and to be part of the solution.
Amie has a very good sense of moral direction and is dependable and reliable in all ways. She
has her own personal sense of ethics that she carries consistently into all of her activities. She is
a “team player” serving often as a strong leader when needed or as an enthusiastic partner of the
group.
I often ask Amie to teach or train others. In this capacity, I know that I don’t have to give her
infinite detail on the task and that she will take the basic instruction and independently follow
through to excellent conclusion.
Amie always brings a good sense of humor to everything she does but remains serious in the
accomplishment of the task. I highly recommend Amie Patterson to your consideration in any
