I have known Cristy for over a year as she continues to fulfil the role of manager for a Sober
Living Environment for 12 adult women in early recovery that I own and operate. Cristy has
helped me and the women of our house tremendously because of her many positive attributes.
She is intelligent, personable, diligent to the task, willing to learn, a problem solver, has a
fantastic work ethic and is a true “can-do” type of person. Her duties include facilitating group
process meetings, serving as a mediator for interpersonal conflict, making household chore
assignments, drug and alcohol testing, managing the physical property making minor repairs,
and much more.
Her calm demeanor, excellent reflective listening skills, ability to see the big picture, empathy,
and genuine desire to help and improve lives have earned the respect of all the women as she
makes an indelible mark of goodness on all their lives. She is truly an amazing individual and
functions as if she earned an advanced post graduate degree in counseling, social work, and
communication.
I know Cristy will be an asset wherever she decides to go in her career. I consider it an honor to
