SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation for Stephanie Sorise
1. My name is 1st Lieutenant Edward O'Halloran and I am writing on the behalf of
Stephanie Sorise. I have been in the Michigan Army National Guard for over five years
and I am currently the Platoon Leader for 2/B/1/182d Field Artillery Regiment (FAR).
2. Stephanie Sorise is a past co-worker and a dear friend of mine. I have had the
privilege of working and knowing Stephanie during her development as a Manager and
a Mentor. In addition to working with her, I have had the opportunity to recognize
occurrences that provide evidence of her superior work ethic and her adaptability.
After working and getting to know Stephanie I can proudly say she has always
maintained a high standard that exceeds others. Her interactions with me, and those I
have witnessed with other professionals and co-workers, are always with good
intentions and keen attention to specifics and common courtesies. She completes all
tasks no matter how hard or demanding, in a timely and proficient manner. Since
coming to know Stephanie as a co-worker and a friend, each step of the way she has
accepted more and more responsibilities, and still performs at a level superior to her
counter parts.
Stephanie Sorise is a quiet, soft spoken individual who observes best practices before
making decisions. I encourage her approach while she continues to develop her
leadership style. Having said that, I have never met a more motivating and positive
individual in my life. Stephanie has never let discouraging situations dictate her mood or
work environment. She is very resilient and works harder and more efficient when
necessary. Her proactive approach to improving is inspiring and should be adopted by
others. Without hesitation I would recommend Stephanie Sorise to any company or
organization that wants to improve their work force.
