This letter is to serve as a recommendation for Mary Harris.
I have coached Mary Harris as a student athlete at CUW for one year. She is a member of the Acrobatics
& Tumbling team. Mary is a great leader and demonstrates great verbal and nonverbal communication
skills with her teammates and coaches. She is very punctual and reliable. She has a positive attitude and
works well with others. She is determined to make things work both mentally and physically in our
sport. She takes direction from coaches and peers very well and can turn constructive criticism into
positive action.
I have also worked with Mary Harris in an office setting as she has completed an internship under my
supervision. Mary is a very hard worker and gets every job done and does it with perfection. Mary is
great at communicating and knows when to ask the right questions. She pays great attention to the
work that she does and always completes it on time. She is flexible and dependable. She is very focused
on the quality of her work. She takes direction well and knows how to work in a professional office
setting.
Overall Mary is a hardworking and reliable individual. I would recommend her for any position she
chooses to apply for in the future. I know that any future team or organization would be very lucky to
have Mary working for them.
