I have known Terri Kansler for nearly ten years and worked with her for
eight of those. Terri began as a freelance bookkeeper for my first
company, Bailey Gardiner, eventually becoming a full time employee, and
transitioning with us as we became i.d.e.a., ultimately leading our
Accounting department.
Terri is a tenacious, trust worthy and loyal employee. Present her with a
problem and she will stick with it until she has unlocked a solution. Give
her a complicated challenge and she will organize and unwind it for you.
She has a big heart and cares deeply about her team. She was someone
people could confide in and form lasting friendships with.
