I am writing this letter to provide a character reference for Paige Mings. I have had the
pleasure of working with Paige at Purdue University Animal Science Research Farm for one
year. Over the course of the last year, I have had the opportunity to become very familiar with
Paige’s personality as well as her work ethic and I am more than happy to share my impressions
with you.
I have a very high respect for Paige, and I truly feel she would be an asset to any
company or position she is considered for. Paige is an extremely hard worker, and she refuses to
quit until each and every assigned job is done in the most complete manner possible. In addition,
Paige always goes above and beyond and often times completes tasks that are not her
responsibility. In addition to a great work ethic, Paige is very dependable. Paige not only is
always on time, if she says she will complete a task or solve a problem, she will.
Paige’s personality is also very beneficial in a work environment. Paige is always willing
to step up and be a leader, thus motivating other employees to work just as hard as she is.
Although she is strong willed, she has the ability to keep an open mind and always does so in a
work environment. By doing so, Paige has a keen ability to work with others in a team
environment and work together to make the best possible decision for the overall well being of
everyone involved.
I feel quite certain that any experiences you have with Paige will be very similar to the
