Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a current graduate from the State University College at Buffalo that was genuinely
involved in the Communication Studies program. Attributes that I have developed over
the years are attentiveness to detail, strong teamwork skills, enhancing leadership,
expertise in communication, and creative skills. These are all things that have been
depicted within my academic excellence.
Over the past few years, I have been honored to experience new opportunities such as
working side by side with actress Vanessa Williams, creating and developing a very
important planning process as an intern, who recently entertained and performed all
services for Williams’ wedding celebrations in the city of Buffalo, NY. Experience in
venue coordinating and event design has helped to mold and develop my own personal
planning skills, mastering the techniques of success in the world of business and other
creative strategies.
While attending the School of Bachelor of Arts I have taken more than several upper-
division courses, which have tailored me to view all sides and aspects of the media
spectrum. These courses have also helped to introduce me to new writing styles,
branding, and marketing strategies, commercializing advanced methods and ideas.
As a strong communicator and leader I have competed in regional and divisional
competitions in retail sales, holding the position of top sales manager at GUESS
Incorporated. Whether constructing for future plans in Executive team meetings or
commending new ideas to the District and Regional Managers, working in the sales
department has helped to build and create strong partnership and leadership skills,
influencing my professional character.
My academic and work experiences have molded me into a prime candidate for the
Event Coordinator position. I am eager to jump in and explore new ways to brainstorm
and share new ideas and strategies with the team, helping your business to obtain new
foundations. I am excited to meet with you in person and demonstrate that I have the
