Through my coursework I have developed strong research skills and familiarized myself with market research techniques. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills that will be an asset to this position.<br />Though my professional experience is limited due to full-time studies, I have still managed to acquire some valuable work and volunteer opportunities. As a supervisor at Second Cup, I led a small team to execute required duties, demonstrating my ability to coordinate and assist the mangers. I am a team player also capable of working independently. <br />At the present moment, I volunteer for the Fashion for Freedom Fashion Show. In this position, my responsibility consists of finding sponsors and designers while assisting with various fundraiser events. I am organized, pay attention to detail and I use strong interpersonal skills to complete tasks efficiently.<br />I am very excited to be placed in a fashion environment where I can submerge myself in a culture that will help me put my educational knowledge to practical use. I look forward to developing a better understanding of the dynamic interactions that take place in a fast-pace business.
