My name is Danni Xu. I graduated from University of Florida with Master of International Business
degree. Currently, I would like to put my solid education into an internship or a full time job in which I
can meaningfully contribute the data analytic skill and marketing skill I've gained through both education
and experience.
The data analysis skills I got in China Construction Bank will definitely help me provide clear, detailed
metrics and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans in any job. During
the internship, I used only one month to learn numerous loan policies and then assisted with basic
practices and customer services. In addition, I collected, processed, and stored data, and created graphics
to facilitate the decision-making process for management. My efficient data analysis provided strong
evidences, succeeded in controlling risks and expanding customer base by 5% monthly through effective
communication.
Moreover, my 5 years business education has given me a solid foundation for working in business related
area. I have strong communication skills. I have studied courses such as Professional Writing and
Professional Communication to enhance my written and verbal communications skills to collaborate with
my teammates. Moreover, I am an excellent team member with strong leadership and insight. When I
participated in the SUIBE Business Planning Competition, I was the leader in the team. We made
business plan and designed slogan, logo and poster to market a restaurant. I split up the whole work and
assigned to the right person according to everyone’s advantages. Through group discussion and
interpersonal communication, we eventually conducted our market research and ensured smooth-running
conferences. Therefore, I believe my communication skills can allow me to collaborate with others,
support my colleagues, and provide quality assistance on data, reports, and presentations in any job.
Although I have little working experience, the training and experience I gained from my past internship
and social activities definitely add values to my personal abilities. Besides, my study abroad experience in
Barcelona, Spain and Vienna, Austria helps me better adapt to multi-cultural assignments.
