requirements and deliver to fulfil the requirements of SLAs and project activities
agreed with the business to time and budget
7. Managing Service Desk team to ensure that it is correctly structured, staffed and
developed to support the growing needs of Almarai and to deliver to SLA’s.

agreed corporate policies. This will involve regularly reviewing Almarai process and
