Key Projects and Achievements
Performed a major role in the migration of SAP and Exchange servers to new
datacenter of Al Seer Corporate office. Installed and configured DELL Power Edge Servers
(including the model 1950, 2900, 2950), Dell Library, EMC Storage, SAN Fiber Switch, ISA,
WSUS, MS Exchange Mail Server, Cisco Core Switch and Networking for the datacenter.
Upgraded Check Point VPN server and created policies for securing the WAN.
Implementation of Al Seer Corporate IT Infrastructure and Data Center
I was Core Team Member in the designing and implementing of the IT
Infrastructure and Data Center in Al Seer Cooperate Office. The Network Cabling, Cisco Core
& Edge Switch Configuration, VLAN implementation, Wireless LAN, SAP Hardware Upgrade,
the installation of Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco IP Telephony, VPN Connection and WAN are
included in the IT infrastructure implementation. The Data Centre has the feature of AKCP
Security System, Two CCU Cooling System, Two UPS System, Auto Power-On Generator,
Cisco Smart Care Monitoring System, Dell Power Edge Server, HP Blade System, Dell EMC
SAN Storage, Dell ML 6020 Library, Blackberry Server, Checkpoint Firewall UTMs and so on.
SAP BO Implementation
I performed the major role as technical head in the implementation of SAP HANA and SAP
Business Objects. Windows Clustering, SQL 2012 Clustering, Web Server Implementation, IBM
X5 Series Server Configuration with Windows 2012, EMC SAN Storage Configuration,
Network Security implementation, HANA Server Installation and Configuration, Barracuda
Load Balancer integration, Tivoli Backup Solution are the major parts done in this project.
Disaster Recovery Implementation
Implemented the disaster recovery site in Abu Dhabi including SAP, BW and other Production
Systems. Performed a major role as a Project Technical Head in DR site implementation.
Symantec NetBackup Implementation and Upgrade
I did the major role in the implementation of the Backup System for SAP and Other Production
Systems in 2010. The NetBackup infrastructure has the Dell ML 6020 Library, Ultrium Media
Tapes and Dell EMC SAN Storage. And the NetBackup upgrade from 6.0 to 7.7.3 project
headed and integrated with Dell Compellent Storage in 2016.
New GL Migration
Assigned as Project Manager for the New GL upgrade in ECC 6.0 SAP landscape consists of
SandBox, Dev, QA, Production and DR Systems. Performed System Refresh, Patch Updates,

SAP EHP7 Upgrade & SAP Hardware Migration
Performed a major role as Technical Team Head in SAP Upgrade from ECC6.0 EHP0 on
Windows2003/SQL2005 to ECC6.0 EHP7 on Windows2012/SQL2012 and BW3.1 on
Windows2003/SQL2005 to BW7.4 on Windows 2012/SQL 2012.
This project has three phases for ECC & BW, that is SP update, OS & DB migration/hardware
migration and EHP7 upgrade including the systems of SandBox, Dev, QA, Production & DR.
Performed SP update, SQL & Windows cluster installation, SAP Installation & Homogeneous
Copy, EHP7 upgrade, BW7.4 technical upgrade, setup RFC & TMS for both SAP & BW
landscape and NetBackup integration for SAP backup. The three phases upgrade deployed in
SandBox, Development, Quality, Production and DR Systems. Resolved all end users
complaints (functional error, printer error, buffering issues, printer installation) and completed
fine tune for better performance and maintained SAP parameters for the same.
SAN Storage Migration
Installed and Configured Dell Compellent Storage with new Brocade Fiber Switch along with
Dell Team.
Migrated all data from Dell EMC to Dell Compellent and integrated new storage with all
existing servers and virtual servers.
Hyper-V implementation (Migration Physical Servers to Virtual)
Installed and Configured Two Hyper-V environment. One is with two hosts & 6 virtual
machines and another one is 3 hosts & 12 virtual machines.
Migrated selected production servers and web servers to Hyper-V platform.
