The way we are different .
The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and
respect.
It means understanding that each individual is unique,
and recognizing our individual differences
 Common Aspects of diversity

 Age and generational influences
 Developmental and acquired disabilities
 Religion and spiritual orientation
 Ethnicity
 Socio-economic status
 Cultures and traditions
 Ideology
 Gender
Sexual orientation.
In every teams and work group usually there is at least one member has hazard
and noisy behavior different from the rest as long as the group and their leader
can deal with this type of member then their work will be more harmony more
compatibility this phenomenon known as Mr Potato Phenomenon
Mr Potato Phenomenon :


Story a Mr. Potato head a random
character with noise and usually
disturb his team
every team usually has same person
in their members

men – women – disabe - Liberal - fatty - then – native Canadian – refugees – occupations –

Conclusion
 The difference exists in all areas of life and everyone is vulnerable to deal
with different people in their thoughts and behaviors, and everything
Acceptance of the others and deal with them , it is a very important
principle of coexistence in the communities
beginning from the basic unit of societies, a( family ) and how to deal
with differences within the family members as far as to deal with
differences in work and difference neighbors and friends to the
differences between the people
Diversity management is one of the most important methods of the
success for the joint action
