services to help facilitate you in the movement of your
goods and we take this opportunity to introduce
ourselves to you.
Perfect Transport Network (PTN) is one of the leading
logistics companies of Pakistan serving the
manufacturing and service industries. It has expanded
rapidly to its present status having a large fleet of
vehicles operating throughout the country. Apart from
providing logistics support, it has its workshops in
Karachi, being managed by professionally qualified,
experienced and trained staff. As the company has a
policy to ensure safe and timely delivery of goods, it
has a state of the art satellite tracking system to monitor the movement of vehicles, your cargo,
whenever desired.
As we are interested in transporting your bundles, we would like to inform you that we are ready
to provide you with a dedicated Car, Jeep,Double Cabin, Single Cabin & 12 ft. vehicle which will
prove to be economical. The vehicles will be PTN owned, will have same color and fitted with
satellite tracking system. A PTN Supervisor will also be appointed to oversee the operation of
these vehicles. PTN Sr. Manager Head of Projects will constantly monitor the entire project.
We assure you that if your Dispatch Department cooperates with us in procuring this business, this
operation will be successful and you will not have to hire any other extra vehicle from the open
market. Besides the above vehicle sizes, we can also provide 16ft, 20ft, 40ft, and 50ft, & 60ft,
vehicles for all your desired locations. We also have flat-bed trailer, Mazda, Trucks. For Senior
Officer we can provide vehicles like Cultus, Swift, Bolan, Toyota Corolla, and Toyota Double
Cabin.
PTN NETWORK
PTN providing different kinds of services to our valued customers in a safe, reliable and cost
effective manner through a countrywide network with a team of well-trained management and
staff. Our drivers are equipped with mobile phones and our vehicles are fitted with satellite
controlled tracker services, enabling us to provide instant information on movement and position
of your material whenever desired. For our customers’ convenience we also provide replacement
of prime movers, in case a breakdown occurs, as backup support.
The companies we work with are of international and national repute. Due to the different nature
of goods manufactured or supplied by these concerns, their demand for vehicles are different, but
in view of the vast fleet of over 900 vehicles of different dimensions and types, we successfully

cold marketing tactics are advertising, public relations, direct mail, seminars, special promotions
and having a Web site. To reach warm prospects using sales tactics, your business may rely on
follow-up calls, meetings, sales letters and literature, e-mail or more networking. To reach them
through marketing tactics, select from advertising, PR and direct mail, plus electronic newsletters
and broadcast faxes. Closing sales generally requires adding "personal heat," either one-on-one or
on the telephone, whether it's to make a presentation or present a proposal, estimate or contract.
Rather than avoid vital tactics with which you're less comfortable, such as cold-calling or public
relations, take the opportunity to brush up on your skills or bring in the proper talent by teaming or
partnering, subcontracting, or hiring. Start by choosing two sales and two marketing tactics, and
plot all the activities it will take to carry them out. The key is to be realistic and not go overboard.
It's important to create a sales and marketing plan that includes a combination of tactics you can
