Management
As part of the agency’s leadership team, responsible for ensuring quality across all aspects of
programming including the direct management of three residential programs, all aspects of facilities and
operations at the agency’s residential building, surrounding property and vehicles. Recruited, hired and

Operations
anaged 11 government contracts totaling $1.5M across 5 programs; led process of government grant
renewals and applications for all agency programs and collaborated with development team in the
