Preserve 8 grant funding sources totaling nearly $700,000: the largest budget being nearly $300,000
Oversee program compliance with funding contracts and obligations.
Manage 11 programs, designed 4 out of 11 programs under limited supervision
Oversee recruiting, training, and supervision of volunteers and interns as needed to support programs and
foster community involvement.
Provide direct supervision for 7 staff members creating and implementing work plans that guide staff
responsibility
Manage the transformation of existing programs and creation of new programming to address emerging
capabilities and needs.
Implement 5 community projects that required inter-agency collaboration
Re-design programming to offer specialized advocacy with cross training which allows all advocates to
