PHASES I -V of this 370,00 SF office and industrial project required
the development of an overall site concept phasing plan as well as
phasing planning & documents for specific phases of the general plan
allowing construction expansion & renovation to proceed while the
buildings remained occupied. Alexia Levite worked closely with the
client and their staff to analyze their current and future needs and to
develop an overall phasing concept for the implementation of their After

PHASE I - Food Service Department involved the conversion of an
unenclosed storage mezzanine within the existing manufacturing
plant, into office space. A new building facade was designed,
existing windows replaced, and new windows cut into the existing
building wall. Interior and exterior stairs were added. Included
