Realtor
   • Consistently a Top Producer, building lasting relationships with clients.
   • Create unique market analysis reports (in Excel) that help identify trends
   • Being detail oriented and organized, ensure that contracts are complete and without errors

HUNTSMAN ARCHITECTURAL GROUP, San Francisco, CA (January 2004 – April 2006)
Project Lead (Design, Technical and Construction)
    • Project Managed tenant improvements in 2 buildings in the city: the former Chevron Towers at 555/575 Market and
600 California St. – developing building specifications and standards, assisting landlord and real estate agents in
building issues, programming and space planning for prospective tenants and construction administration.
    • Designed and managed the construction of the Training Center / Auditoria for Genentech.
    • Led the technical design and construction of the office space for Moody’s, which was featured in the April ‘07 issue
        of Contract Magazine.

SELECTED HUNTSMAN PROJECT
   MOODY’S, SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE
(Approx. 50,000 sq. ft., $ 5 million construction cost)
Project Lead (Technical and Construction). The large floor plate, raised flooring and integration of a historic
brick-and-timber building made this project quite complex and challenging with a lot of coordination of MEP
elements. Through the use of fire-rated sliding partitions, exiting and fire separation was achieved without breaking
up the flow of the space. Vertical retracting partitions and other innovative features lend to the unique design.

RMW ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS, San Francisco, CA (December 1996 – December 2003)
Associate, Project Lead (Design, Technical and Construction)
    • Involved in various aspects of Corporate Interior Design Projects extensively utilizing my programming, planning,
design, technical, consultant coordination, communication and construction administration skills.
    • Involved in all the phases of an interiors project.
• In addition to the selected projects below, manage many tenant improvement projects in San Francisco and Oakland
        from planning through construction phase.
SELECTED RMW PROJECTS
   CAROL H. WILLIAMS ADVERTISING, OAKLAND
(Approx. 25,000 sq. ft., $ 1.5 million construction cost)
Project Lead (Design, Technical and Construction). Involved with not only the space planning and design, but
also solely performed the construction management.

GRAY CARY WARE FRIENDENRICH, LLP, SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE
(Approx. 50,000 sq. ft., $ 5 million construction cost)
Project Lead (Technical and Construction). Worked alongside the Lead Designer to create a cutting-edge
environment for this law firm that prides on being technology’s leading edge. The fast-paced construction schedule
and the shrinking budget led us to have a few pricing exercises. This also meant that we had to come up with
creative solutions and clean architectural detailing. Due to our successful endeavor, we managed to retain the client
for their expansions in Palo Alto, San Diego, Seattle and Washington D.C.

    CORIO, SAN CARLOS
(Approx. 75,000 sq. ft., $ 3.5 million construction cost)
Project Lead (Design, Technical and Construction). Designed an environment tailored to the needs of the then
growing executive, engineering, finance, marketing, sales and client services staff of a young Applications Service
Provider. The program called for open office space augmented by conference rooms, a customer visit & demo area
and an applications management center where servers are showcased behind glass. The tight budget also meant that
we had to get creative with the built space and the finishes.

MANATT PHELPS & PHILIPS, PALO ALTO OFFICE & LOS ANGELES EXPANSION
(Approx. 26,500 sq. ft., $ 2.5 million construction cost and approx. 90,000 sq. ft., $8 million phased construction)
Project Lead (Technical and Construction). In Palo Alto, this law firm doubled their square footage by taking
over the entire building where it had been leasing space on the first floor. Worked alongside the Lead Designer to
convert a multi-tenant building into a single-tenant space, but also revamped the building to express the firm’s brand
new image through gracious public areas like conference and training rooms clustered around a grand staircase and
brighter, more open offices. As this was an expansion of their existing space, there were several unforeseen field
conditions that had to be dealt with quickly throughout the construction phase. Due to our team’s attention to detail,
we were awarded the 90,000 sq. ft. phased project in Los Angeles. The last phase was the build-out of their
Conference Center with complex audio-visual coordination.
