1. I began my professional career very young, when I was 14 years old, searching
for my financial independence and to collaborate in my house. I always took
very seriously all the projects that I have been involved and worked hard to
deliver projects with the maximum performance. I can say I’m a very lucky
man, because in the first shot I found what I love to do, I started to work in a
Incentive Marketing and Promotion Agency. My career started in the creative
area, where I developed myself, and I chose to go for Business College aiming
to be a more complete professional. The communication field, was my day by
day already. From the creative area I merged with the planning, a area where
in a certain moment, invariably, I had to involve myself a lot and worked with
both, because they always walk with hands given. I believe that the major
asset a company can have are people, I developed several successfully
incentive marketing campaigns, therefore, couldn’t be different, my main focus
is the team that I’m working with or managing. In my opinion a great
management of people and their talents are the main features a Businessman
can have, a subject where I search for constant development. Now I’m looking
for a new challenge for my career, to be a part of a great company and find
wider horizons.
