In concrete module, the basic properties of concrete are investigated. The design project is to design and make a boat made of concrete and its various component. It should have the ability to float and carry maximum load. The project is done by group Scientists from Nasser Al-Attiya Secondary School for Boys

3. INTRODUCTION
Concrete is composite material from water, sand, coarse
aggregate and most importantly cement.
It has unique properties which are strong, cheap, formability and
durability
It is considered the base for infrastructure

Sample C hardens faster than the other
samples
Sample B hardens slower than the other
samples
Eventually all samples will harden

8. CONCLUSION
Salt acted like a catalyst, hence the hardening reaction of
cement was faster
Sugar was anti-catalysit so the reaction was slower

All the pore and opining in the concert are filled with this

Objectives:
As a group our objective is to design a boat made from
concrete and it should have the ability to float and carry
weight

The boat was leaking water in
