a specific audience on their smart phones , tablets, or any other related devices
through websites, E mail, SMS and MMS, social media or mobile
applications.Mobile marketing can provide customers with time and location
sensitive, personalized information that promotes goods, services and ideas.

 Social marketing is the use of commercial marketing principles and techniques
to improve the welfare of people and the physical, social and economic
environment in which they live. It is a carefully planned, long-term approach to
changing human behavior
Viral marketing:-
 Viral marketing is any marketing technique that induces websites or users to pass
on a marketing message to other sites or users, creating a potentially exponential
growth in the message's visibility and effect. A popular example of successful viral
marketing is Hotmail, a company now owned by Microsoft , that promoted its
services and its own advertisers' messages in every user's email notes.
