Do's
1. Do type a plain text* especially for all 2adpro and Customer/2adpro error category
2. Do use parenthesis or round brackets i.e. ()
3. Do close left parenthesis i.e. ( and right parenthesis i.e. ) for all revision reason comments
3. Do type special character meaning like dollar, euro, exclamatory, tilde, ampersand etc.
4. Do type bigger copy text's first and last word in reason
5. Do use drop down for all error category tagged
6. Do use only English numbers say cardinal, ordinal and nominal numbers
*NOTE: A full stop and a comma is allowed in a plain text
Recommended to follow to give any particular customer changes in one single parenthesis.
Eg: Design changes have been done (Burst added and burst removed)
Don't
1. Don't use Double/single quotes
2. Don't highlight i.e. bold/italics/underline
3. Don't use special characters i.e.$, &, #, @, !, *, ^. /, , |, ~, ?,<, >, + etc. Except a hyphen.
Special Case Error- If any social media ids say mail id, fb id or insta id been missed/typo occurred then give reason as :copy paste
the id but without double quotes.
4. Don't use curly/square/angle/corner brackets
5. IMPORTANT: Never change Category/sub category type for both customer changes and 2adpro errors
6. Don't use dotted lines such as for a bigger copy
7. Don't give more than one extra space for word/a letter/after a period
