Fear, worry, and stress are normal
responses to perceived or real
threats, and at times when we are
faced with uncertainty or the
unknown. So it is normal and
understandable that people are
experiencing fear in the context of
the COVID-19 pandemic.

× We have been protecting our selves
not to be infected by the virus by
wearing face masks at all times,
frequent hand washing, use of handy
sanitizers and alcohols.
6. THE QUEUE
× Patience is tested in the grocery,
pharmaceuticals and other store in
purchasing essential products.
× The physical distancing is strongly
advised by the IATF
7. THE
HYPERVIGILANT
× We do a double-take when we hear
someone cough, sneeze, or sniffle.
× This might also mean that higher
standards of hand and personal
hygiene will continue.
8. THE SALU-SALO
× Social gatherings was limited, even
Church related activities and family
gatherings
9. THE LEARNING
× Classes has shifted to blended
learning, online, and modular
× Graduation was virtually done
10. THE JOB
× Most of the employed individual are
allowed to do their work at home,
skeletal work force, and some has
been laid off.
11. THE LEISURE
× There has been travel ban or limited
transportation
× Malls, Movie Theater, Beauty and
Wellness Centers, Entertainment
Establishments and others has been
stopped operating.
12. THE LOSS
× Other family members
suffered from COVID-19, or
any chronic illness leading to
death.
