Period
Convert this situation as opportunity that the Nature given to the humans
“It’s normal to worry about our health
and that of our loved ones, our work,
and finances.”
and refer the following ways to reduce stress and anxiety.
Tip 01
Focus on what is under your control rather
than what you cannot control
 Government said one way to keep oneself and others safe in this crisis is by
following recommendations of the health department and other local
agencies.
“Heavy consumption of news and social media can increase distress and
anxiety.”
E.g. ;-
 Avoiding online arguments will also help lessen stress.
 Sometime we need to disconnect to reconnect with the people.
Tip 02
Limit exposure to news and social media
Tip 03
Adopt a regular routine at home
 Regular routine will give a person a “sense of purpose” and “order” to one’s
day
Tip 04
Maintain good health
 Eating nutritious food, staying well-hydrated, sleeping at least 8 hours every
night, and exercising are some of the things one can do to reduce his or her
chances of acquiring a disease.
Tip 05
Do things that you enjoy
 Being isolated in one area doesn’t necessarily mean that you can’t do fun
things.
“Watch a favorite show, engage in hobbies, listen to your favorite songs, dance,
pray, or do other things that make you feel good.”
Tip 06
Stay connected
 With phone and social media, staying connected during a 30-day community
quarantine won’t be a problem.
 Video call or chat your friend and loved ones and check up on them every now
and then.
Tip 07
Practice empathy and compassion; find ways
to contribute or assist those who need the
most support in this crisis
 In times of crisis, helping hands are the most needed. Whether it be one
canned good or 10 face masks, every kind of donation or support will be of
help.
Tip 08
Seek help and reach out
 If it comes to the point where one finds it “ difficult to cope” with situations
brought about by the pandemic.
