Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead production in building new products requiring the application of SMT.
Generate and update FMEA, Process Control Plan (PCP), Process Flow chart,
Working instruction (WI) and Visual aids (VAD) as reference document to
production line including the orientation of the work procedures to operators and

Initiateplans to improve/upgrade process and quality through setting up of process

performing activities for the development and maintenance of manufacturing
methods and processes to ensure high productivity and quality.
Conduct audits and process run through of production line to identify practices and
tools non-conforming with process procedures and specifications, which will need
correction.
Perform continuous process improvement evaluation by introducingnew materials,
processes, tools, and jigs / fixtures that will increase yield or reduce labor time.
Communicate with the customer for any request to support production.
Present with the customer the production performance in weekly basis.
Responsible to handle customer’s request (e.g. reports, update)
Present with the management on production status in monthly basis.
