EXPERIENCE
Technical
 Supervises and performs maintenance on tactical utility, precise generator sets, internal combustion
engines and associated items of equipment and exceeded the Army Standard by maintaining a
operational readiness rate of 98%.
 Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains power generation equipment and engines by adjusting valves,
regulators, alternators, starters, and solenoids; performs maintenance services such as lubrication, oil
change, and radiator flushes.
 Skilled on generator sets ranging in size from 1.5 KW (Kilowatts) to 150 KW with 12 years of
experience and have been recognized and commended by Command Inspection Teams in four locations
of the U.S.
 Fabricated wiring harnesses for various generator sets saving the organization over $10,000.
 Set up Power Grids for entire site lay outs resulting in uninterrupted power and a safe work place.
 Repairs and troubleshoots engines such as Cummins, John Deere, Isuzu, Miller, and Lechmotoren.
 Epitomized unwavering abilities as a mechanic by culminating over 150 after normal operating hours to
site calls in support of operation needs resulting in consistent energy to support operations.
 Performs maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic components.
 Familiarized and trained on metal working and cutting. Familiar with MIG, TIG, acetylene torches, and
plasma cutters which has saved the organization time and money with the ability to fabricate or repair
parts rather than ordering.
 Capable of performing under less than desirable conditions and committed to an excellent and flawlessly
operational finished product.
 Proficient in analyzing schematics on many different types of equipment. Possesses natural ability to
apply schematics diagnosing faults and understanding the operation of equipment.

safety.
 Implemented safety checks during quality assurance and quality checks which resulted in zero safety
violations, injuries, or reports during a 12 year span.
Administrative
 Produced weekly Power Point and Excel reports on the statistics for a group of over 900 personnel.
 Created and Maintained trackers on Excel daily for a group of over 100 personnel.
 Edited and supervised all submitted evaluation reports and formal awards for over 100 personnel.
