I am the country professional responsible for the customers, suppliers and business partner BG's
where I basically :
– Helped in designing the process of the customer bank guarantees where i had defined the
country role that insured the maximum fluency between the treasury department and all
involved departments in the company.
– Play a vital role in the flow of the business transactions by delivering the related BG's to
the customers on time.
– Synchronize with the Credit, Businesses partners, Operation, procurement and Accounts
payable global and local teams to control the suppliers and business partners BG's

Receipts
– Handling bank receipts including the responsibility of classifying, validating and reporting
all the items to ensure accurate and timely booking.
Payments
– Ensuring smooth and fast execution of the employees, suppliers and inter-company

– Handling the communication with the banks including the daily bank operations to insure
the desired level of service and maximize the use of the available cash and credit
facilities.
Areas of strength
I provide guidance to the Treasury team in cash aspects based on my experience in cash management
models, I worked with different modes of operation, thus boosted my ability to tune with each and
every variable I had to face in this area; I had:-
➢ Taken the full ownership of migrating from the manual payment system to electronic
banking system where I worked with IT and Finance teams together with the bank and
successfully brought this project to life.
➢ Acquired a great deal of experience in cash forecasting and planning where I was
responsible for implementing the cash forecasts tools to achieve an optimal cash
position in the banks.
➢ Maintained a good and a balanced relationship with the banks which reflected strongly
in the quality of the service they provide to the company.
➢ Developed an extensive knowledge in the areas of cash collection and payments cycles
and their controls, cash planning, bank reconciliation and other Related aspects.
