Role Involves:
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative credit reviews including financial models (re-spreading,
valuating and forecasting) to determine credit eligibility and ensure full understanding of client
business and assess business and market risks to ensure optimum balance between customer and
bank’s interest.
- Reviewing the assigned accounts renewals as well as requests for new facilities and restructuring of
existing facilities through conducting proper risk assessment analysis guided by the bank’s policy and
CBE regulations while ensuring that the company’s credit exposure is within risk bearing limits.
- Preparing the full facilities renewal credit package to be presented to the Credit Committee.
- Guiding, supporting and negotiating the proposed facilities structure with the Corporate Banking
department Managers to seek better financing alternatives in terms of risk and practicality.
- Handling the facilities above EUR 10Mln with the mother company (Intesa san paolo –Milan) through
responding to their inquiries and negotiating the facilities structure and amounts until obtaining the
final approval.
- Managing the credit portfolio log to ensure keeping track of every existing facility and to allow the
management to have a high level view of the bank’s corporate portfolio.
