Handled many group brands : (Procter & Gamble Prestige Products, L’Oreal Group, Interparfums Group,
Cartier, Guerlain, Martine Micallef, Korloff, Sprecher Berrier & Montegrappa ) accounts in Yemen.
1. Ensure continued business growth and increasing market share.
2. Work closely with the distributors and Beauty Advisers (sellers) to ensure alignment and successful
implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
3. Review the budget on quarterly basis and ensuring that all actual is recorded comparing it with plan.
Provide plans and actions to bridge the gap if any or utilize any unused funds.
4. Organize and coordinate lessons learnt workshops/review of program work plans with partners and
other stakeholders.
5. Analyze consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as
future sources of growth.

6. Develop pricing & packing strategies, for improved margin mix, trade spending plans and distribution
goals.
7. Develop campaign concepts and means of communication through media, while ensuring flawless
execution of initiatives.
8. Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors.
9. Handle correspondence and commercial letters, including contacting suppliers to request quotas.
10. Develop growth targets, business objectives and brand strategies for the brand that aligns with global
business plan.
11. Balance and keep track of inventory, stocks, and point of sale merchandise.
12. Calculate yearly and quarterly budgets.
13. Handle the execution of the initiatives with a clear plan of who will do what and when meeting all
objectives and timing. Follow up with the concerned people to ensure timely and flawless execution
14. Building good relationship with clients.
