urban San Diego, The Park Bankers Hill. This is a midrise building, 14 stories above ground with 3
levels of underground parking. This Community is part of the new wave of ultra modern, high end
Real Estate in San Diego, the average price per square foot is $1,000+.
Intergulf/Lennar – San Diego
Sales Manager/Counselor – Successfully Sold 140+ New Condominiums, Breeza development is
located along the waterfront in Downtown San Diego. Sold from 2008 to 2013 in the toughest Real
Estate market in decades. Implemented all government and lender incentives available at the time.
During this period, I performed Resale duties at the same time as New Home Sales. This
development was sold to Buyers from all over the world in multiple languages.
