3. CONDUCT THE TRAINING
• a) On arrival present the training program and explain the
importance of Induction.
• b) INTRO of the Induction and explain.
• c) Precautions-The Induction should familiarize the employee
with the organization and the department. At no point should the
new employee feel Intimidated or getting excessive information.
• d) Reiteration- After the property round and introductions make
