The media institutions that would distribute our product would be those who specialise in the genre
of action. Due to the film being a “indie” film it might receive funding from the British film institute
or self raised. Due to the funding this wouldn’t allow us to create advertisement or to allow use to
present the film in any large cinemas. For this reason it would be best for our film to be distributed
onto DVD. We found that a company that would be likely to distribute our film would be Columbia
pictures who’s ident is present in our production. This is an American film and distribution company
that is owned by Sony which is a Japan base company. Columbia pictures have successfully produced
many successful action films such as “bad boys” and “XXX” and many others.
