Achievements and Projects as HRBP:
 Employee Communication using SharePoint and Yammer: Planned and executed a new process
for the internal communication by mainly using share-point, one of the core members of the
project team for designing, preparing the structure – content of the site and updating different
information. Worked exclusively in Share-point admin for implementing employee
communication process.
 Global HR Practice and Polices and Operations: Worked in preparing Global HR Policies and
practices, streamlining and managing and aligning the processes like On-Boarding and Exit,
Leave Management and Training for Outside India Employees with the existing practice for India
Employees..
 Graduate Apprentice Trainee hiring and Development: Successfully planned, organized and
execute the entire training programme for the Fresher/ Intern batch including assignment and
final evaluation for team allocation. Registration with BOPT (Board of Practical Training) and
operating the reimbursement procedure.
 Employee Engagement & Relations Calendar: Accountable for various initiatives and Employee
engagement programs and events and digitalization, Attrition Control, Compliance issues
Handling. Counseling and Grievance Handling, creating a professional-friendly work
environment in the organization.
 Career Track and departmental Work Flow: Worked on different project to attain certain
organizational objective or to fulfill the gap like creating a Career track path for all the function
across the organization, creating the work-flow of the departments and function by conducting
1- meetings and gathering collating all required data and analyzing the business need.
 Product Training Workshop-Webinar and Town halls - product evangelism: Created a detailed
Product Training workshop to impart it to all the employees globally following a calendar
recorded the same and uploaded in SharePoint to utilize in future. These online sessions are
organized every quarter by the product team to update all their stakeholders about the progress
on the product roadmap and new product ideas.
 PPP (Progress, Plan and Problems) : Maintain & Update the Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual MIS
report, data, chart as per internal guidelines and requirement.
 Innovation Lab: Worked exclusively in the planning and execution of Innovation lab process (A
process meant to manage all the innovative ideas at a global level).
 Team Hiring and Development for New Business Process and Product: Hired and Developed a
Marketing Team for a New Product and two Development Teams for a New Process along with
their entire Training Plan creating and assigning different tasks and role-plays.
 Increasing Employer Branding by Using Glass-door and other forum, Code Gladiator and
digitalization: Introduced a Two year long plan to increase the employer brand by using
Glassdoor, LinkedIn. Participated in Code Gladiator coordinated the internal contest and
executed the same, company reached up to the final National level. Represents the function in
the Local Committees/Seminars, uphold the organization values.
 Creating Internal Survey Cycles and Great Place to Work: Introduced and created an Internal
Survey cycle twice in a year to measure Employee Satisfaction, Perception & Engagement.
Successfully participated and completed the Grate Place to Work Survey and Cultural Audit in
2014.
Projects as HRBP
 ISO 27001: 2005 to 270001: 2013 Transition and Awareness: Created the entire plan to train
the Security Committee and then the internal workforce about the new standards and also
executed the plans for the transition. Successfully conducted the internal audit activity.
 MY Card a New Approach to PMS and Career Tracking : “I want to achieve by doing, Which can
be measured in terms” - a New approach to measure and understand personal goal and
Motivation, then aligning the same with the existing career track and creating a new path.
 I CAN - CSR: Working as the Coordinator this programme has been running for more than 3
years. The main thrust is on continuation of education for less privileged children. Workshops
and sessions are also organized by the in-house team of volunteers to widen their horizon.
 Workforce Management: Workforce management and coordination between the Project,
Business development and POC. Ensuring smooth functioning of the software development
quality and process guidelines which includes project management, client communication and
delivery management.
 Employer branding and digital marketing: Creating the complete digital marketing strategies
and guidelines includes regular updates, posting, publishing and involving the teams.
 Training and Recording: Creating the complete plan of Induction and Process training and
making it digital/video based module to ensure optimization of resource.
 Engagement & Communication: Create different channels of communication like KYE and
review meetings, creating organizational development items from the feedbacks and gaps
identified. Created the entire Framework and Calendar for Employee Engagement and
Communication.
 Product Owner: Creating the complete website redesigning plan to make it more dynamic and
interactive. Generating then ideas and creating the content, info-grams and slides. Planning for
the production of corporate video.
 Immigrations: Timely deployment of talent overseas by managing the immigration operation,
Involved in the entire life cycle of a H1B and B1B visa filing & stamping, preparation of USA Offer
Letter, Services & Employment Agreement, Surety Agreement, Invitation Letter, Travel &
Relocation Guidelines/Policy.
